These scarf rings are made from 25mm polyester elastic and stitched into a loop - they won't fall off, break apart of fray and are made to a size to fit smaller scarves as well as larger adult sized scarves with edgings.

The concept of the patrol scarf rings makes it easier youth members to switch patrols during the year - or even every week as is the case with some Joey mobs!
